For standard delivery within Germany, the delivery time is 1–3 business days. Delivery times may be longer during new collection launches or promotional periods.

For express delivery to EU countries, the delivery time is 1–2 business days. Please note that DHL Express does not deliver on Saturdays. During new collection launches or promotional periods, we cannot guarantee express delivery.

Shipping within Germany costs €5.90. For orders over €150, shipping is free.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may apply. These are not handled or invoiced by us and must be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please check with these authorities for details.

Shipments to Switzerland are delivered duty-free. No additional costs apply.
