The delivery time for standard delivery to Germany is 1-3 working days. The delivery time may be extended for new collections or promotions.

For express delivery to EU countries, the delivery time is 1-2 working days. DHL Express does not deliver on Saturdays. We cannot guarantee express delivery for new collections or promotions.

Within Germany, shipping costs are €4.90; shipping is free for orders over €150.

If your order is shipped to a non-EU country, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) will be incurred. These will not be paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please ask these authorities for details.

Shipments to Switzerland are delivered duty-free. There are no additional costs.

You can buy a DHL parcel stamp for €4.90 via the returns portal (shipping from Germany).

Alternatively, you can send your return to us using a transport service provider of your choice.

Please wash at 30 degrees and do not use fabric softener.

Always wash and iron your product inside out and do not tumble dry.
Wash only with similar colors.

May shrink up to 5%.
